Refunds
Refunds only apply in cases where you received damaged wallpaper!
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive your refund automatically. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not accept returns or refunds for sample orders.
If your order was damaged during shipping, we have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to contact us and request a refund or return. Please include as many details and photos as possible (by emailing info@papieris.com ) so we can understand the situation and you can prove that your order was damaged during delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused.
